Description: The overlays shown when you hover over links don't disappear in any form.
Steps to Reproduce:
When I login into my GitHub account there is no problem yet, and still there is no problem once I enter a project, this issue starts when I am inside an issue or a pull request of the project. This overlay becomes permanent when you hover intentionally or accidentally over something that shows an overlay with information hiding other information behind.
This made Firefox unusable to browse GitHub and forced me to enter this site with Safari.
